HVAC companies: the edges

What will Digilu not do for my HVAC company?

An air conditioner condenser and an HVAC service van beside a roadside billboard and a first place podium, both struck through in coral.

Digilu is responsible for whether homeowners can find, check and trust your heating and air company. That responsibility has edges, and an HVAC owner who has been sold leads, ads and rankings before should see them before buying.

Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

No leads.

Digilu does not sell leads, shared or exclusive, and does not charge by the call. The work is making your own company the one homeowners find and pick, so the calls that come are yours and ring at your shop.

No advertising inside the membership.

Paid advertising is not part of Trust Foundation or Adaptive Brand Management. Neither level runs Google Ads, Local Services Ads or social ads, and neither takes a cut of an ad budget. Managed advertising is offered only inside large engagements, scoped individually. If ads are the main thing you want, a membership is the wrong purchase, and it is better to hear that here.

No promised ranking.

Nobody controls where Google places a company on the map or what an AI assistant says, and anyone who guarantees a spot is guessing or buying something that breaks later. The promise is the work: what homeowners see about you is correct, complete, current and consistent, checked every month.

No shortcuts that put the profile at risk.

  • No bought, traded or staff-written reviews.
  • No fake addresses or virtual offices to appear in towns where you have no shop.
  • No stuffing service keywords into your business name on Google.
  • No claims about certifications, dealer status, warranties or rebates you do not hold or have not approved.

Each of these can work for a few weeks. Each can also get a Google Business Profile suspended, and in August that is about the most expensive thing that can happen to an HVAC company online.

No dispatch, no phones, no technical sign-off.

Digilu is not an answering service. We do not book jobs, quote prices or schedule crews. We write about repairs and equipment so homeowners understand their choices, and anything that states a technical fact about a system goes past you before it goes live.

No borrowed proof.

Digilu has not published an HVAC case study. The closest proof is Best Diehl Electric, an electrical contractor, and it is labeled as proof from the trade next door rather than dressed up as yours. When there is an HVAC result worth publishing, it will be one we measured.

No lock-in.

Month-to-month, cancel any month. The domain, website, content, data and accounts stay yours the whole time.

Start at $900 or $400.

Adaptive Brand Management is the level for most heating and air companies, because it carries the Google profile, the reviews and the follow-up after the job.

Trust Foundation keeps the website and the foundation current, for a company where someone in the office already owns the profile and reviews.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.
