Adaptive Brand Management for home services
Let Digilu manage how your company is found, trusted, and chosen.
We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes for you, so the reviews, the license and the years you have earned are what a homeowner actually sees.
Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.
7.9 → 9.6Best Diehl Electric, AI Trust Visibility before and after
132five-star reviews the AI assistants could not see until the fix
Heating and air companies have their own page.
The best contractor in town can be invisible to the homeowner searching tonight.
You have the reviews, the license and the years. But the reviews live on a site the website never mentions, the license number is in a photo of the truck, and the service area page lists towns you stopped driving to. The Google profile still shows last year's hours.
None of that costs you the customers who already have your number. It costs you the homeowner with water on the floor who asks for someone nearby and gets three other names. The company that is easiest to verify gets the call, even when you would have done the better job.
Trades with a reputation built one job at a time.
Owner-run home service companies and small groups where homeowners choose on reviews, licensing and who shows up.
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- HVAC and heating
- Roofing and gutters
- Landscaping and tree care
- Pest control and cleaning
Not the right fit: a franchise system coordinating many territories, which has its own page, or a company that wants to buy shared leads.
You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.
You
- Do the work and take care of the customer.
- Decide which jobs and which towns you want more of.
- Approve anything said about pricing or guarantees.
Digilu
- Watches what changes.
- Decides what matters.
- Makes the changes.
- Verifies whether they worked.
What that looks like here
- Put your license, insurance and years in business in plain text on the site and keep them matching on Google and the directories.
- Keep the service area, hours and emergency availability right everywhere homeowners look.
- Ask satisfied customers for reviews after the job, on a steady rhythm, and prepare replies for you to approve.
- Write the page that answers the question homeowners are asking this season, in their words.
- Tell you plainly when something needs the owner, like a warranty promise or a new service.
How the management cycle runs
The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.
- 01ObserveWe watch reviews, profiles, listings, service areas and how answers name contractors near you.
- 02InterpretWe sort the change that matters, a competitor's review surge or a wrong phone number, from noise.
- 03DecideWe pick the one or two changes that will bring in calls this month.
- 04AdaptWe make them: pages, profiles, listings, review requests and prepared replies.
- 05VerifyWe check each change is live and showing where homeowners look.
- 06LearnWhat worked shapes next season, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.
A contractor with the reviews, finally seen.
Best Diehl Electric is an electrical contractor with the reviews, the license and the years. The systems recommending electricians could not read any of it from the site, including 132 five-star reviews.
Measured on the same evaluation engine before and after Digilu's work, the company moved from 7.9 to 9.6.
Choose $400 or $900.
Adaptive Brand Management suits most home service companies. Homeowners choose on reviews and the Google profile, and that is the work the $900 level carries.
Trust Foundation fits a company where someone in the office already owns reviews and the profile, and you want Digilu keeping the website and foundation current.
Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Larger than a membership?
Several companies under different names, a rebrand, a rebuild, or paid advertising is scoped separately. Scoping takes no payment.

Do I have to get on a call to start?
No. Both memberships are bought at checkout with no sales call, and onboarding collects the access Digilu needs to start.
Does Digilu sell leads or run ads?
No. Digilu does not sell leads, and paid advertising is not part of either membership. If you need ads managed, that is scoped as a custom engagement.
We serve a dozen towns from one shop. Is that one membership?
Yes, if it is one business and one primary website. Separate companies or separate websites for different areas are a custom engagement, and asking about it costs nothing.
What will you need from me?
Access to the website, the Google profile and the review sites you use, plus the things only you have: job photos, a customer's permission, a decision on a new service.
What is the difference between $400 and $900 for a contractor?
At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and the listings homeowners use, plus follow-up and referral systems after the job.
What if we cancel?
You keep everything: domain, website, content, data and accounts. Cancel in any month.
