The recommended Digilu level
We manage what matters now, and adapt and update your brand as the market changes.
Customers now ask AI and get a few names. A sound foundation stops you being ruled out; your reputation and the relationship after the first purchase decide whether you are chosen, and whether that customer comes back.

Questions first?
You do not have to use this form to start. Adaptive Brand Management is at the checkout above. Use this if you would rather ask something before you begin.
The two doubts worth answering first.
“We already have an agency.”
Ongoing management sounds like every retainer we have ever paid for.
A retainer usually buys output: posts, pages, a campaign. This level is responsibility for a condition, reported every month in the Mission Briefing, and measured by systems that are capable of returning a bad result about us.
If your agency already carries that and reports against it when the reading is bad, keep them. If nobody does, that gap is what this is.
“We rank fine on Google.”
Our search position is strong, so this is a problem for somebody else.
Ranking and being named are two different measurements. A business can hold a strong position in search results and still be missing, or described wrongly, when a customer asks an AI system instead.
You do not have to take our word for which is true of yours. The free AIOInsights evaluation shows how AI systems read your business today.
Trust Foundation keeps the foundation sound. This runs everything on top of it.
This is the level every business should be on. It is the standard, not the premium: we do it all, so you get your time back, and your peace of mind.
Trust Foundation answers is our foundation holding. Digilu observes, finds what has drifted, and fixes the supported work without quoting each item.
Adaptive Brand Management answers the question every growing business ends up asking: who is running all of this. The answer is Digilu. Content commissioned and published, a search and AI presence worked on deliberately rather than maintained, reviews and reputation handled, vendors directed, and measurement that one party owns end to end. You stop being the person who has to remember what needs doing and in what order.
What you get back is the hours you spend chasing it, and the worry about whether anyone is. The one thing kept separate is paid advertising, and it is stated plainly below rather than discovered later.
Scoped to your business, and agreed before it starts.
01
Everything in Trust Foundation
Continuous observation, alerts, recommendations, the monthly Mission Briefing, and the supported maintenance and improvements carried by Digilu.
02
Ongoing management
Digilu directs the marketing it is given responsibility for, rather than handing back a list. What is inside that responsibility is agreed, in writing, before the engagement begins.
03
Coordination
Your vendors and everyone else touching your marketing, working on the same problem in the same order instead of each optimizing their own surface.
04
Optimization and review
Ongoing optimization, measurement that is re-run rather than asserted, and a quarterly adaptation review of whether the approach still fits the conditions.
A fixed price, and a stated boundary.
$900 a month is the price, not a starting point, and there is no proposal to wait for. What it does not cover is stated here rather than discovered later: this level manages your foundation, your reputation and the relationship after the sale, and it does not manage your advertising or your social channels. Managed advertising is not an add-on to any membership: Digilu takes it on only inside Enterprise engagements, so this is a boundary rather than an upsell.
- Paid advertising is not managed at this level. Managed advertising is reserved for Enterprise engagements with the largest organizations, scoped and quoted individually. At $900 your ad accounts and your media budget stay yours.
- Third-party software may be separate. Tools you license are yours, on your account.
- Reputation channels are the relevant ones, not all of them. Digilu manages the channels that materially affect how you are found, chosen and trusted in your market. Nobody can manage every directory on the internet, and a promise to do so would be worth exactly what it costs to make.
- Negative reviews are not removed. Digilu helps you request, monitor and answer reviews. Nobody can delete a legitimate one, and an agency that offers to is telling you what it will do to your competitors’ customers too.
- Some actions still need you. Only you have the customer, the photograph or the permission. The Observatory gives you one task at a time and tracks it, rather than handing you a list.
- Platform requirements depend on the scope. A migration is recommended only where the current environment cannot carry the responsibility being taken on.
- No guaranteed rankings, AI recommendations, leads or revenue. Search engines, AI systems, platforms, customers, competitors and markets remain outside Digilu’s control, at every level.
You still own everything: your domain, your website, your content, your data and your accounts, throughout and afterward.
Starting smaller?
The smaller start: Trust Foundation.
Trust Foundation is $400 a month and maintains your website and digital foundation. It is the right answer when somebody already owns your reviews, your profiles and your customer follow-up. It is bought directly, with no sales call, and you can move up whenever that stops being true.
Already running a larger marketing operation?
There is a level above this one.
When advertising, media, internal teams, agencies, vendors and technology have all become significant in their own right, the responsibility changes shape again. Digilu can provide Adaptive Brand Management across the larger system.
Adaptive Brand Management defines the ongoing responsibility. The Observatory identifies what needs attention. What you are choosing on this page is how much of the response Digilu carries, and Adaptive Brand Management is the level where Digilu carries the running of it.
