What We Collect

Contact forms. When you submit a contact or enquiry form on this site we collect what you provide: name, email address, website, and your message. This is sent to our email inbox. It is not stored on our servers or in any database.

Membership signups. When you start a membership we collect your name, business email, phone number if you provide one, company name, website, and the membership level you selected. You may optionally add context such as what prompted your enquiry, a competitor to watch, and how you heard about us. We also record the page you arrived from, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and your time zone, so we can respond in your working hours. This information is stored so we can set up and manage your membership.

Referrals and testimonials. If you submit a referral or a testimonial, we collect what you enter on that form and store the referral so we can follow it up.

What we never collect here. We do not take card or bank details anywhere on this website, and no payment is processed on it. We do not ask for passwords or account credentials through any public form.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing analytics.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to respond to you, to set up and manage a membership you asked for, and to follow up on a referral you submitted. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Membership records are kept for as long as we are working together, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our own business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not use Google Analytics. Traffic measurement is done with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance. Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers; refer to Google’s privacy policy for their data practices.

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare Pages: hosting and edge network. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Workers KV: stores membership signup and referral records.
• Cloudflare Email Sending: delivers form submissions to us and confirmation emails to you.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless traffic measurement.
• Google Fonts: fonts loaded from Google servers. See Google’s privacy policy.

We no longer use Web3Forms to process form submissions.
