Choose how much responsibility Digilu carries.
Membership purchases increasing responsibility, not additional hours. Every level begins with observation. Higher levels add maintenance, operation, and leadership.
No lock-in
You own everything.
The usual arrangement in this industry is that your site lives on the agency’s proprietary platform, and leaving means starting over. Digilu does not work that way. Your domain, your website, your content, your data and your accounts are yours. Everything is built on open standards with no proprietary code.
At Brand Ownership and above, Digilu operates the managed platform for you. It is still yours. We onboard you onto it, and if you ever leave you take the complete working site with you.
Cancel any month. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Your site stays live: Digilu hands over the complete working site and helps you move it, so nothing goes dark while you switch.
- You own the domain and the site
- No proprietary code, ever
- We onboard you to your new platform
- Leave with the complete working site

Membership prices cover the responsibility stated for each level. Onboarding, migrations, major rebuilds, paid media, third-party software, legal work, and expenses outside the supported environment are not included unless stated in writing.
Digilu does not quote isolated Observatory fixes. The Observatory identifies what needs attention. Membership determines Digilu’s responsibility.
This rule does not prevent a separately scoped onboarding, migration, rebuild, campaign, or major transformation. Those are handled as a separately scoped Custom Engagement.
Membership questions.
Yes. Cancel any month. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. You own your domain, website, content and data, so you leave with the complete working site and Digilu helps you move it.
Adaptive Brand Management is the ongoing responsibility for aligning how an organization is understood, found, and experienced with changes in its operating environment, while preserving the core identity that gives the organization continuity.
Digilu is an Adaptive Brand Management company. Marketing, technology, content, reputation, website, search, AI visibility, and strategic capabilities may all be used, but membership is defined by responsibility rather than a fixed list of services.
No. Search and machine-mediated discovery are important parts of visibility, but Adaptive Brand Management is not tied to one channel or technology. The tools will change. The responsibility remains.
No. Minimum includes observation, alerts, recommendations, and a monthly Mission Briefing. No migration is required.
No. You never have to book or sit through a sales call. You sign up, you get a confirmation number, and Digilu calls you to finish setup at a time that suits you.
No. Platform migration is assessed separately. It is required only when Digilu cannot safely or reliably fulfill the agreed responsibility in the current environment.
The Observatory does not operate as a menu of disconnected repairs. It identifies what needs attention. Membership determines Digilu’s responsibility. Major migrations, rebuilds, campaigns, and transformations may be handled through a Custom Engagement.
Yes. You retain ownership of your website and receive the complete site if the relationship ends.
No. Digilu observes evidence, recommends and implements appropriate action, and verifies results. Search engines, AI systems, platforms, customers, competitors, and markets remain outside Digilu’s control.
