Membership prices cover the responsibility stated for each level. Migrations, major rebuilds, paid media, third-party software, legal work, and anything outside the supported environment are not included unless stated in writing. Membership is recurring monthly and can be cancelled in any month, with no minimum term and no exit fee. You retain ownership of your domain, website, content, data, and accounts throughout, and if the relationship ends you leave with the complete working site. Digilu reviews publicly available information about the business in order to observe it. Digilu does not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, reviews, leads, or revenue: search engines, AI systems, platforms, customers, competitors, and markets remain outside its control.

Stripe confirms the payment, your membership activates, and automated onboarding starts straight away. You get an email within a few minutes carrying your setup link and a receipt. Setup takes about ten minutes and saves as you go. Digilu establishes your starting condition from what you enter, then observation begins.
No. Choose a membership, complete secure Stripe checkout, and automated onboarding begins immediately. Digilu will contact you later if the work requires clarification, but a sales or setup call is not required to become a member.
Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure page. Digilu never sees your card or bank details. The membership is monthly and recurring, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Card, bank debit and the other methods Stripe offers your account are all accepted.
Yes. Confirmed payment creates your onboarding record and emails you the setup link. Nothing waits on Digilu sending you a form and nothing waits on an appointment being scheduled.
Yes. Cancel in any month from your billing area. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. You own your domain, website, content and data, so you leave with the complete working site and Digilu helps you move it.
Continuous observation across supported signals, the Corroboration Map showing which third-party sources AI checks for you and where you are absent, alerts when something meaningful changes, recommendations, and a monthly Mission Briefing. The observation and the briefing are the same. At Minimum, Digilu tells you what needs to happen and you act. At Trust Foundation, Digilu handles the supported maintenance and improvements and reports the completed actions back to you. The difference you are buying is who carries the work.
No. Minimum observes rather than implements, so no migration is required and nothing about your current setup has to change.
Migration is not automatically required. Digilu only recommends a platform change when the existing environment cannot safely or reliably support the responsibility being taken on. It is a separate decision and it is never a condition of joining.
Yes. Start at Minimum and move to Trust Foundation whenever you want Digilu to carry the supported maintenance too. Your observation history stays with you.
Yes. Your domain, your website, your content, your data and your accounts stay yours throughout. If the relationship ends you leave with the complete working site and Digilu helps you move it.
No. Digilu observes evidence, recommends and implements appropriate action, and verifies results. Search engines, AI systems, platforms, customers, competitors and markets remain outside Digilu’s control, and anybody who promises otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver.
