Digilu FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Digilu is an Adaptive Brand Management company: it takes ongoing responsibility for how a business is understood, found, trusted, and kept relevant as conditions change. This page answers common questions about the memberships, the Observatory, the approach, and the industries Digilu works in.
Membership
Trust Foundation is Digilu’s foundation level for one business. Digilu watches the supported signals across search, AI visibility, reputation, website health and competitive movement, separates meaningful change from noise, and maintains the website and core digital foundation so it does not drift, break or go out of date. You receive meaningful-change alerts, clear recommendations, and one monthly Mission Briefing reporting what Digilu completed. It covers one business, one primary brand, one primary website, one location or service area, and up to three named competitors.
No. Trust Foundation maintains the digital foundation and reports what changed. Google Business Profile management, reputation-channel management and the post-sale work begin at Adaptive Management, $900 a month, which is the standard level.
No. Choose a membership, complete secure Stripe checkout, and automated onboarding begins immediately. Digilu will contact you later if the work requires clarification, but a sales or setup call is not required to become a member.
Stripe confirms the payment, the membership activates, and automated onboarding starts straight away. You get an email within a few minutes carrying your setup link and a receipt. Setup takes about ten minutes and saves as you go. Digilu establishes your starting condition from what you enter, then observation begins.
Cancel any month. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. No migration is required at Minimum: Digilu observes your site where it already is. You own your domain, website, content, data and accounts throughout, and if the relationship ends you leave with the complete working site.
No. The free evaluation scores the current condition of one site, once, from its public signals. A membership watches those classes of signal over time and tells you when the condition changes and what to do about it. A snapshot is not a watch.
About Digilu
Digilu is an Adaptive Brand Management company founded in 1999.
Digilu helps brands become easier to find, easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to choose. The company works across:
- Law firms
- Franchise brands
- Product brands
- Nonprofits
- Personal brands
- Local professional services
Digilu's core belief is simple: Trust Wins.
Digilu is not a marketing agency. It is an Adaptive Brand Management company: it takes ongoing responsibility for how a business is understood, found, trusted, and kept relevant. Most agencies sell activity. Digilu answers one question: who will take responsibility for improving and managing this over time? That changes the structure of the work.
Digilu builds systems around:
- Visibility
- Positioning
- Reputation
- Credibility
- Structured content
- AI clarity
- Measurable trust signals
The goal is not just traffic. The goal is becoming the obvious choice.
Digilu has been helping brands with marketing since 1999. The work has included websites, search strategy, Google Ads, branding, franchise marketing, law firm marketing, content systems, reputation growth, campaign strategy, and AI visibility.
Digilu is led by Mike Millett. Mike's work includes projects connected to Robertson & Associates, Stratus Clean, Scosche, wildfire litigation marketing, reputation-focused brand systems, nonprofits, and personal brands.

- Organize proof
- Strengthen first impressions
- Support conversion
Yes. Digilu focuses on structured content, entity clarity, topical authority, internal linking, trust signals, AI-readable content, and high-intent search visibility.
The goal is not random traffic. The goal is relevant, trust-building visibility.
AI + LLM visibility means helping AI systems understand who a brand is, what it does, what it is trusted for, and what entities it is connected to.
Digilu structures content so brands are easier for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, search engines, and AI summaries to understand accurately.

Digilu works with law firms, franchise brands, product brands, nonprofits, personal brands, speakers, and local professional services.
The industries vary. The trust system does not.

Reputation & Trust
Because trust changes decisions. People choose brands they recognize, understand, believe, and remember. Trust compounds over time. Attention fades.
Trust Wins is Digilu's core belief. A brand becomes the obvious choice when it:
- Stays visible
- Communicates clearly
- Proves credibility
- Earns public trust
- Becomes easier to believe
Yes. Digilu helps brands strengthen review systems, trust visibility, reputation structure, proof placement, and customer confidence. The goal is not fake reviews. The goal is building systems that produce stronger real experiences and clearer public credibility.
