Adaptive Brand Management for HVAC companies

When the heat hits, will homeowners call my HVAC company or the one down the street?

A house with its attic opened up to show the furnace and the air ducts, an outdoor air conditioner with a big fan beside it, and an HVAC service van

Digilu takes ongoing responsibility for how your heating and air company is found and chosen. We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes, so the license, the reviews and the years you earned are what a homeowner sees on the hottest day of the year.

Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

In a heat wave, homeowners call the company they can check fastest.

Every heating and air company in town gets busy on the same afternoon. The homeowner with a dead condenser does not compare ten websites. They ask their phone, look at the first few names, and call the one that looks licensed, nearby, open and well reviewed.

That is where good companies lose calls without knowing it. The C-20 number is only on the truck. The manufacturer's dealer listing still shows the old phone number. The Google profile says closed at five while the website says 24/7. A heat pump page still promises a federal tax credit that ended with 2025. None of it costs you the customers who already have your number. It costs you the ones who never had it.

Owner-run HVAC companies and small groups, from a couple of trucks to a few dozen people, where homeowners choose on reviews, licensing and who can come today.

  • AC and furnace repair
  • System replacement and new installs
  • Heat pumps and ductless mini splits
  • Maintenance plan businesses
  • Carrier, Trane, Lennox and other brand dealers
  • Light commercial HVAC

Not the right fit: a franchise system coordinating many territories, which has its own page, or a company that only wants to buy shared leads.

You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.

You

  • Run the crews and take care of the customer.
  • Decide which jobs, brands and towns you want more of.
  • Approve anything said about prices, warranties or rebates.

Digilu

  • Watches what changes.
  • Decides what matters.
  • Makes the changes.
  • Verifies whether they worked.

What that looks like here

  • Put your C-20 license, insurance and years in business in plain text on the site, and keep them matching on Google, Yelp and the directories.
  • Keep the service area, hours and after-hours policy the same everywhere a homeowner looks, and update them before the season turns.
  • Check your listing on your manufacturer's dealer locator and ask for a correction when it drifts from your site.
  • Ask customers for reviews after each job, on a steady rhythm, and prepare replies for you to approve.
  • Take down expired rebate and tax credit claims, and write the repair or replace answers homeowners are really asking about.

How the management cycle runs

The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.

  1. 01ObserveWe watch reviews, profiles, dealer listings, service areas and how answers name heating and air companies near you.
  2. 02InterpretWe separate the change that matters, a competitor's review surge before summer or a wrong after-hours number, from noise.
  3. 03DecideWe pick the one or two changes that will bring in calls this month, ahead of the season rather than in the middle of it.
  4. 04AdaptWe make them: pages, profiles, listings, review requests and prepared replies.
  5. 05VerifyWe check each change is live and showing where homeowners look.
  6. 06LearnWhat worked shapes the next season, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.

Proof from the trade next door.

Digilu has not published an HVAC case study, so this proof is labeled for what it is. Best Diehl Electric is an electrical contractor with the same shape of problem: the reviews, the license and the years were real, and the systems recommending electricians could not read them from the site, including 132 five-star reviews.

Measured on the same evaluation engine before and after Digilu's work, the company moved from 7.9 to 9.6.

Choose $400 or $900.

Adaptive Brand Management suits most HVAC companies. Homeowners choose on reviews and the Google profile, usually in a hurry, and that is the work the $900 level carries.

Trust Foundation fits a company where someone in the office already owns reviews and the profile, and you want Digilu keeping the website and foundation current.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Before you start

Can we start before summer, or is it too late once the heat hits?

You can start in any month, at checkout, with no sales call. Some changes show up quickly and some, like directory corrections and new reviews, build over weeks, so earlier is better. Starting in July still fixes what is wrong in July.

Does Digilu sell leads or run our ads?

No. Digilu does not sell leads, and paid advertising is not part of either membership. If you want ads managed, that is scoped as a custom engagement.

We are a Carrier, Trane or Lennox dealer. Do you touch the manufacturer's program?

No. We keep your own site, profile and listings consistent with your dealer listing and tell you when the listing drifts. The manufacturer's program and locator are theirs, and we never claim a status you do not hold.

We run trucks to a dozen cities from one shop. Is that one membership?

Yes, if it is one business and one primary website. Separate companies, or separate websites for different areas, are a custom engagement, and asking costs nothing.

What is the difference between $400 and $900 for an HVAC company?

At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and the listings homeowners check, plus the follow-up after the job.

What if we cancel after the season?

You keep everything: domain, website, content, data and accounts. Cancel in any month.

Be the company homeowners can check before the next heat wave.
