HVAC companies: the monthly work
What does Digilu actually do for my HVAC company each month?
Digilu runs the ongoing management of how homeowners find and pick your heating and air company. This is the work that happens in a month, taken from what each membership includes, and the few things that still need you.
Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.
A list of work that gets done and reported, not a list handed back to you.
Most HVAC owners have paid for an audit that ended in a to-do list for the office manager. A membership is the opposite shape. The list belongs to Digilu. Each month we look at how your company shows up, choose what matters before the season it matters in, make the changes, and confirm they are live.
At the end of the month the Mission Briefing says what was done in plain words, with what we checked and what we are watching next.
At $400, Trust Foundation keeps the base right
- Your website kept working and current: service pages, towns served, hours, license number and contact details, corrected when anything drifts.
- A new page on your site every week, researched and checked before it goes live, answering what homeowners near you ask, from short cycling to what a heat pump costs to run.
- Your name, address, phone and license kept identical across the directories and data sources other systems check, with the places you are missing laid out on a Corroboration Map.
- An alert when something meaningful changes, such as a directory reverting to an old number or a new competitor showing up where you used to.
- One phrase your company should be known for, agreed with you and backed by real pages over time.
At $900, Adaptive Brand Management adds how homeowners choose you
This is the level for most heating and air companies. A homeowner in a hurry decides on the profile and the reviews, and this level carries that work.
- Your Google Business Profile managed: categories, services, service area, regular, after-hours and holiday hours, the photos you supply, and posts.
- Review requests after finished jobs, every new review watched, and replies prepared and posted on the rhythm you approve.
- The other places that decide HVAC calls in your market kept accurate, such as Yelp, Angi and the Better Business Bureau, with correction requests sent to your manufacturer's dealer locator when it drifts.
- Follow-up after the job where it fits: maintenance reminders, the second visit of a maintenance plan, and referral asks.
What still needs you
Some things only you can supply. Photos of your real crews and real installs. Access to the Google profile and the review platforms, which you grant and can take back. A yes or no on anything that states a price, a warranty or a rebate. And a way for finished jobs to reach us, so the right customers are asked about the right visit.
We batch those asks and keep them short, so nobody at the shop is answering a question a day.
How the first month tends to go
The first weeks are mostly finding and fixing: the wrong hours, the missing license number, a listing with last year's phone number, service pages naming towns you stopped driving to. After that the rhythm settles into the weekly page, the profile, the reviews and whatever changed that month.
The order always follows what the first look finds, which is why there is no fixed calendar printed here.
