Migration is not automatically required. Digilu only recommends a platform change when the existing environment cannot safely or reliably support the responsibility being taken on.

Established businesses with a reputation to protect and room to grow.

Digilu works with owners and leadership teams who have an established business, an earned reputation, and no one accountable for the whole brand.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Franchise systems, multi-location organizations and major transformations are scoped as a custom engagement, and scoping never takes a payment.

Why it is ongoing

Building a trusted market position takes ongoing work.

Getting noticed is only part of growth. Customers, competitors, search systems and expectations continue changing. Digilu helps keep your brand understood, trusted and chosen by watching what matters, maintaining what should remain stable and carrying out the work covered by your membership when adaptation is needed.

A correction made in March is not a correction that still holds in September, and nothing sets off an alarm in between.

What keeps changing

  • Search results change.
  • AI representations of your business change.
  • Reviews change.
  • Listings change.
  • Competitors publish.
  • Customer expectations move.

Adaptive Brand Management

Adapt as conditions change.

We stay with the business as conditions change, adjusting what matters while continuing to build trust, visibility and customer preference.

A project ships and stops. The environment does not.

  1. Adaptive Brand Managementdefines the ongoing responsibility.
  2. The Observatoryidentifies what needs attention.
  3. Your membershipis Digilu carrying the response.

The two doubts worth answering first.

“We already have an agency.”

Ongoing responsibility sounds like every retainer we have ever paid for.

A retainer usually buys output: posts, pages, a campaign. A membership is responsibility for a condition, reported every month in the Mission Briefing, and measured by systems that are capable of returning a bad result about us.

If your agency already carries that and reports against it when the reading is bad, keep them. If nobody does, that gap is what this is.

“We rank fine on Google.”

Our search position is strong, so this is a problem for somebody else.

Ranking and being named are two different measurements. A business can hold a strong position in search results and still be missing, or described wrongly, when a customer asks an AI system instead.

You do not have to take our word for which is true of yours. The free AIOInsights evaluation shows how AI systems read your business today.

Managed, not just maintained

A sound foundation is not what makes a customer choose you.

The foundation stops you being ruled out. Being chosen, and being kept, is different work, and neither maintains itself.

Without ongoing management

The website is fine. Nobody owns the rest.

  • A review sits unanswered for three weeks.Your team handles it.
  • Your Google Business Profile hours are wrong on a holiday.Your team handles it.
  • A customer buys once and is never contacted again.Your team handles it.
  • A happy customer would refer you if anybody asked.Your team handles it.

The site stays up. The rest is yours.

Adaptive Brand Management · $900

Digilu keeps the foundation right, and manages the rest.

  • The review is answered, in your voice.Managed by Digilu.

Digilu manages how you are chosen and the Post-Sale Helix.

Most businesses lose more to the customer they already had than to the one they never met.

The Post-Sale Helix is retention, loyalty, repeat purchases, referrals and advocacy. Adaptive Brand Management is the level at which Digilu takes responsibility for it instead of telling you it needs doing.

Some things only you can do: ask a customer, take the photo, give the permission, make the introduction. When Digilu needs a human action from you, your Client Observatory shows the priority, gives you the exact task, and tracks it to completion. One thing at a time, never a list.

The membership price covers the responsibility stated for it. Migrations, major rebuilds, paid media, third-party software, legal work, and anything outside the supported environment are not included unless stated in writing. Membership is recurring monthly and can be canceled in any month, with no minimum term and no exit fee. You retain ownership of your domain, website, content, data, and accounts throughout, and if the relationship ends you leave with the complete working site. Digilu reviews publicly available information about the business in order to observe it. Digilu does not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, reviews, leads, or revenue: search engines, AI systems, platforms, customers, competitors, and markets remain outside its control.

Hire a specialist for the project

If the job has an end date, such as a single campaign, or it is paid advertising, a project specialist or an ad buyer is the better fit. The membership does not manage paid media.

01

Join

Start Adaptive Brand Management and complete Stripe checkout. Nothing else is required of you, and there is no call to sit through first.

02

Onboard

Automated onboarding collects what The Observatory needs. The link arrives by email within a few minutes and takes about ten minutes to work through.

03

Observation begins

Digilu establishes your starting condition and begins observing the supported environment. That baseline is what every later comparison is measured against.

04

Mission Briefing

You receive what changed, why it matters, what should remain stable, and what happens next.

The completed actions Digilu carried out are reported too.

Onboarding is complete by day 30. Hello is only the beginning.

Membership questions.

Starting

Stripe confirms the payment, your membership activates, and automated onboarding starts straight away. You get an email within a few minutes carrying your setup link and a receipt. Setup takes about ten minutes and saves as you go. Digilu establishes your starting condition from what you enter, then observation begins.

No. Choose a membership, complete secure Stripe checkout, and automated onboarding begins immediately. Digilu will contact you later if the work requires clarification, but a sales or setup call is not required to become a member.

Yes. Confirmed payment creates your onboarding record and emails you the setup link. Nothing waits on Digilu sending you a form and nothing waits on an appointment being scheduled.

Migration is not automatically required. Digilu only recommends a platform change when the existing environment cannot safely or reliably support the responsibility being taken on. It is a separate decision and it is never a condition of joining.

Money and terms

Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure page. Digilu never sees your card or bank details. The membership is monthly and recurring, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Card, bank debit and the other methods Stripe offers your account are all accepted.

Yes. Cancel in any month from your billing area. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. You own your domain, website, content and data, so you leave with the complete working site and Digilu helps you move it.

That is Fractional CMO: a separate, custom-scoped engagement from $5,000 a month, led by Mike Millett through Digilu. It is executive marketing leadership, not a larger membership, and execution is scoped separately. Explore Fractional CMO.

Complex organizations and market-leadership engagements are scoped individually, with no published fee. Enterprise Adaptive Brand Management explains how that works.

What is included, and what stays yours

Digilu manages the agreed ongoing work, within written scope: maintenance of the website and the core owned digital presence; the foundational technical, visibility and trust infrastructure kept current; scheduled checks of your site and how it is read, each shown with its date; the Corroboration Map, a weekly check of eight independent sources AI systems draw on; your Google Business Profile and the listings where customers find and choose you; reviews and public record; the Post-Sale Helix of retention, loyalty, repeat purchases, referrals and advocacy where it applies to your business; and a monthly Mission Briefing in your Client Observatory. One business and one primary website. Paid media, rebrands and major rebuilds are not included.

Adaptive Brand Management gets the work done. Fractional CMO leads the work. The membership is ongoing execution and improvement that Digilu manages within scope, for $900 a month. Fractional CMO is executive leadership and accountability for the whole marketing function, including internal teams and other agencies, custom scoped from $5,000 a month.

Because the foundation on its own does not decide whether a business is chosen. Reviews, profiles, the channels that decide how you are chosen, and what happens after the first sale do, and none of that maintains itself. Adaptive Brand Management is Digilu taking responsibility for that work rather than telling you it needs doing.

Digilu needs delegated access to the profiles it is being asked to manage, granted through each platform’s own user-invitation system. Digilu never asks for your password. Access is granted by you, it is visible to you, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Yes. Your domain, your website, your content, your data and your accounts stay yours throughout. If the relationship ends you leave with the complete working site and Digilu helps you move it.

No. Digilu observes evidence, recommends and implements appropriate action, and verifies results. Search engines, AI systems, platforms, customers, competitors and markets remain outside Digilu’s control, and anybody who promises otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver.
