Adaptive Brand Management for veterinarians
Let Digilu manage how your veterinary practice is found, trusted, and chosen.
We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes for you, so a worried pet owner searching at 9pm finds the right hours, the right vets and a practice they trust.
Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

Since 1999Digilu has been doing this work
Pet owners pick a vet in a hurry, from whatever they can find.
The holiday hours never made it to Google. A vet who joined last year has no bio, and one who retired still does. The site says "we see exotics" and you stopped two years ago. Most of your reviews mention a doctor by name, and nobody has replied to one since the spring.
Your regular clients never notice, because they already know you. A new pet owner does, usually in a hurry and often late in the day, and so do the systems answering "is there a vet open near me". The practice that looks current and reachable gets the new client.
Practices that families already trust with their pets.
Independent veterinary practices and small groups where owners choose a vet on trust, and nobody on staff has time to keep every listing right.
- Small animal general practices
- Mixed and rural practices
- Feline-only and exotic practices
- Mobile and house-call vets
- Urgent care and extended-hours clinics
- Small groups under one practice name
Not the right fit: a corporate network of dozens of hospitals, or a practice looking for a one-time website with nobody responsible afterward.
You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.
You
- Care for the animals and their owners.
- Decide which services you want more of.
- Approve anything medical said in the practice's name.
Digilu
- Watches what changes.
- Decides what matters.
- Makes the changes.
- Verifies whether they worked.
What that looks like here
- Keep hours, holiday closures, phone numbers and after-hours instructions right on the website, Google and every listing owners use.
- Keep each veterinarian's bio and the list of species and services you actually see up to date.
- Ask happy clients for reviews on a steady rhythm and prepare replies for you to approve.
- Rewrite a service page when owners start asking about something new, in their words, without medical advice.
- Tell you plainly when a problem needs a decision from the practice owner.
How the management cycle runs
The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.
- 01ObserveWe watch reviews, profiles, hours, listings and how answers name practices near you.
- 02InterpretWe sort the change that matters, wrong holiday hours or a missing vet, from noise.
- 03DecideWe pick the one or two changes that will bring in new clients this month.
- 04AdaptWe make them: listings, bios, service pages, review requests and prepared replies.
- 05VerifyWe check each change is live and showing where owners look.
- 06LearnWhat worked shapes next month, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.
What the same work did for local businesses outside veterinary care.
Digilu has not published a veterinary case study, so these are adjacent examples, measured on the same evaluation engine before and after Digilu's work.

Choose $400 or $900.
Adaptive Brand Management suits most practices. New clients choose on reviews, hours and profile accuracy, and that is the work the $900 level carries.
Trust Foundation fits a practice where the front desk already owns reviews and the Google profile, and you want Digilu keeping the website and foundation current.
Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Larger than a membership?
A second hospital under a different name, a merger rebrand, a rebuild, or paid advertising is scoped separately. Scoping takes no payment.

Will Digilu give pet health advice on our site?
No. Digilu keeps service pages, hours and bios accurate. Anything medical is prepared for a veterinarian at the practice to approve, and Digilu makes no clinical claims.
Do we need a sales call to start?
No. Both memberships are bought at checkout, and onboarding collects the access Digilu needs to start.
What will the front desk have to do?
Very little. Some things only the practice can supply, such as a new vet's photo or permission to share a client story, and Digilu asks for those plainly.
We run two clinics. Is that one membership?
One membership covers one business and one primary website. Two clinics with separate names or separate websites are a custom engagement, and asking about it costs nothing.
What is the difference between $400 and $900 for a vet practice?
At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and listings, plus reminder, follow-up and referral systems where they fit your practice.
Who owns the website if we stop?
You do, along with the domain, content, data and accounts. Cancel in any month.
Be the practice a worried owner finds first.
You run the business. Digilu watches what changes, decides what matters, makes the changes, and verifies the result.
