Adaptive Brand Management for restaurants
Let Digilu manage how your restaurant is found, trusted, and chosen.
We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes for you, so the diner deciding where to eat tonight sees the menu, hours and reviews you have now.
Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

Since 1999Digilu has been doing this work
Diners decide in two minutes, from what they can find.
The menu on the site is a PDF from two seasons ago. Google still shows the lunch hours you dropped in August. The patio you built is in none of the photos, and the dish people drive across town for is not named anywhere a search can read. Three recent reviews mention a wait, and none has a reply.
Regulars never notice. The couple choosing between you and two other places on a phone at six o'clock does, and so do the systems answering "good dinner spot near me". The restaurant that looks open, current and cared for gets the table.
Restaurants people already love, and should find.
Independent restaurants and small groups where diners choose on reviews, menus and a sense of the place.
- Independent full-service restaurants
- Cafés and bakeries
- Bars and breweries with food
- Fast casual and counter service
- Catering and private dining
- Small groups of two or three restaurants
Not the right fit: a franchise system managing many locations, which has its own page, or a restaurant that wants ads and delivery apps run for it.
You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.
You
- Run the kitchen and the floor.
- Decide the menu, the hours and the specials.
- Approve anything said about the food or the restaurant.
Digilu
- Watches what changes.
- Decides what matters.
- Makes the changes.
- Verifies whether they worked.
What that looks like here
- Keep hours, holiday closures, the menu and reservation links matching on the website, Google and the listing sites diners use.
- Put the menu on the site as real text, not only a PDF, so the dishes you are known for can be found by name.
- Ask happy guests for reviews on a steady rhythm and prepare replies for you to approve, including the complaints.
- Update photos and pages when you add a patio, a brunch or a private room.
- Tell you plainly when something needs the owner, like a response to a public complaint.
How the management cycle runs
The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.
- 01ObserveWe watch reviews, profiles, hours, menus, listings and how answers name restaurants near you.
- 02InterpretWe sort the change that matters, wrong holiday hours or a review nobody answered, from noise.
- 03DecideWe pick the one or two changes that will fill tables this month.
- 04AdaptWe make them: menu pages, profiles, listings, photos, review requests and prepared replies.
- 05VerifyWe check each change is live and showing where diners look.
- 06LearnWhat worked shapes next month, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.
What the same work did for local businesses outside restaurants.
Digilu has not published a restaurant case study, so these are adjacent examples, measured on the same evaluation engine before and after Digilu's work.
O-SEA CrossFit, a San Clemente gym everyone in town knew, moved from 6.3 to 9.9. Best Diehl Electric, an electrical contractor whose 132 five-star reviews the AI assistants never saw, moved from 7.9 to 9.6.
Choose $400 or $900.
Adaptive Brand Management suits most restaurants. Diners choose on reviews, the Google profile and whether the hours and menu look right, and that is the work the $900 level carries.
Trust Foundation fits a restaurant where a manager already owns reviews and the profile, and you want Digilu keeping the website and foundation current.
Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Larger than a membership?
A group of restaurants under different names, a new concept launch, a rebuild, or paid advertising is scoped separately. Scoping takes no payment.

Run the free AIOInsights check to see what your restaurant's site makes visible to AI systems today. AIOInsights measures the current condition. Digilu takes responsibility for improving it and keeping it right.

Can we start without talking to a salesperson?
Yes. Both memberships are bought at checkout with no sales call, and onboarding collects the access Digilu needs to start.
Does Digilu manage delivery apps or run our ads?
No. Paid advertising is not part of either membership, and running delivery apps stays with you. If you need advertising managed, that is scoped as a custom engagement.
We own two restaurants with different names. Is that one membership?
One membership covers one business and one primary website. A second restaurant with its own name or website is a custom engagement, and asking about it costs nothing.
How do menu changes get to you?
Send the new menu. Digilu updates the website and the profiles it manages, and the completed work is reported in the monthly Mission Briefing.
What is the difference between $400 and $900 for a restaurant?
At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and the listing sites diners use, plus follow-up and repeat visit systems where they fit.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do, throughout. If you cancel, in any month, everything stays with the restaurant.
Let diners see the restaurant you run today.
You run the business. Digilu watches what changes, decides what matters, makes the changes, and verifies the result.
