Adaptive Brand Management for real estate agents

Let Digilu manage how your real estate business is found, trusted, and chosen.

We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes for you, so a seller who got your name from a neighbor finds an agent who clearly knows the street.

Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

A house with a yard sign and a hanging key rides a flatbed on a train rolling toward a broken bridge while the Digilu crane lowers a new gold span into the gap ahead.

You are only as current as the last place a seller looked.

Agents switch brokerages, teams form and split, and the internet keeps every version. A seller who got your name at a barbecue searches it and finds your old brokerage on one site, a different phone number on another, reviews split across three profiles, and a website that still features a listing that sold two springs ago.

Nothing about that is a disaster, and nothing about it will ever be reported to you. The seller simply calls the agent whose name returns one clean, current answer, with recent reviews and pages about the neighborhood they live in. The same scattered record is what an AI assistant reads when someone asks who to list with.

Agents and teams who win on reputation.

Individual agents and small teams whose name is the business, and whose record is scattered across a brokerage site, portals, Google and their own site.

  • Listing agents
  • Buyer agents
  • Small agent teams
  • Luxury and neighborhood specialists
  • Agents who changed brokerages
  • Relocation and investor specialists

Not the right fit: an agent looking to buy portal leads or run ads. Digilu manages your own name and record; it does not sell leads.

You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.

You

  • Work with buyers and sellers.
  • Decide which neighborhoods and clients you want more of.
  • Approve anything that follows your brokerage's advertising rules.

Digilu

  • Watches what changes.
  • Decides what matters.
  • Makes the changes.
  • Verifies whether they worked.

What that looks like here

  • Make your name, brokerage, license details and phone number match everywhere a seller checks, and fix the old ones left behind after a move.
  • Ask closed clients for reviews while the closing is fresh, on the profile that matters most, and prepare responses for you to approve.
  • Write neighborhood pages that answer what sellers and buyers there actually ask, in plain words, with no promised sale prices or timelines.
  • Retire sold listings and stale team members from your site and profiles.
  • Flag what needs your brokerage's sign-off before it goes live.

How the management cycle runs

The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.

  1. 01ObserveWe watch your profiles, reviews, portal and directory listings, search results and how AI answers name agents in your area.
  2. 02InterpretWe separate the change that matters, a wrong brokerage or a rival agent's review surge, from noise.
  3. 03DecideWe pick the one or two changes that will most affect who a seller calls this month.
  4. 04AdaptWe make them: pages, profile updates, listing corrections, review requests and responses.
  5. 05VerifyWe check each change is live and correct where buyers and sellers look.
  6. 06LearnWhat worked shapes next month, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.

What the same work did for other local businesses.

Digilu does not yet have a published real estate case study, so this is adjacent proof and labeled that way. O-SEA CrossFit, a gym in San Clemente everyone in town knew, was nearly unreadable to the systems people now ask for recommendations. Measured on the same evaluation engine, it moved from 6.3 to 9.9.

Best Diehl Electric had 132 five-star reviews the recommending systems could not see, and moved from 7.9 to 9.6. Neither is a real estate business.

Choose $400 or $900.

Adaptive Brand Management suits most agents, because sellers choose on reviews, a clean profile and local knowledge, and that is the work the $900 level carries, along with keeping past clients close for the next move and the referral.

Trust Foundation fits an agent who handles their own reviews and profiles and wants Digilu keeping the website and core foundation current.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

A whole brokerage, several teams under separate brands, a rebrand after a merger, or paid advertising is scoped separately. Scoping takes no payment.

Before you start

I just changed brokerages. Where does Digilu start?

With the record. Your name, brokerage, license details and phone number get corrected everywhere a seller checks, and the old versions are cleaned up where you control them.

Is my brokerage's site part of the membership?

Digilu manages your own website and the profiles you control. Your brokerage controls its own site, so changes there go through them.

Does one membership cover my whole team?

One membership covers one business and one primary website, so a team with one name and one site fits. A brokerage or several separately branded teams is a custom engagement.

For an agent, what does $900 add over $400?

At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and the channels sellers use to choose, plus follow-up and referral systems with past clients.

Will Digilu advertise my listings?

No. Paid advertising is not part of either membership. Listing advertising stays with you or your brokerage.

What stays with me if I cancel?

Everything. The domain, website, content and accounts are yours throughout, and you can cancel in any month.

Make your name return one clean answer.

You run the business. Digilu watches what changes, decides what matters, makes the changes, and verifies the result.
