Adaptive Brand Management for med spas

Let Digilu manage how your med spa is found, trusted, and chosen.

We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes for you, so clients see who actually treats them and a newer spa down the street does not win on looks alone.

Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

A busy spa can look out of date without anyone noticing.

The injector clients ask for by name left in the spring and still has a profile. A treatment you stopped offering is still on the menu page, and the one you added in June has no page at all. The newest review is from last year, and a single unhappy one sits at the top with no reply.

None of that shows up on the appointment book right away. It shows up in the few minutes a client spends comparing three spas before booking, and in what the systems answering "who does this near me" can read. The spa that looks current and clearly supervised gets the booking.

Spas where clients book on trust in the provider.

Independent med spas and small groups with medical oversight, real providers and a reputation clients already talk about.

  • Physician-owned med spas
  • Nurse injector practices
  • Aesthetic and laser clinics
  • Dermatology-affiliated spas
  • Wellness and IV therapy clinics
  • Small multi-room groups under one brand

Not the right fit: a franchise system coordinating many locations, which has its own page, or a spa that wants ads bought and bookings guaranteed.

You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.

You

  • Treat clients and run the spa.
  • Decide which treatments you want more of.
  • Approve anything medical or anything said about results.

Digilu

  • Watches what changes.
  • Decides what matters.
  • Makes the changes.
  • Verifies whether they worked.

What that looks like here

  • Keep every provider's name, credentials and role the same on the website, Google and booking sites, and update them the week someone joins or leaves.
  • Keep treatment pages accurate to what you actually offer, written for clients, and never promising a result your medical director would not stand behind.
  • Ask happy clients for reviews on a steady rhythm and prepare replies for you to approve, including the hard ones.
  • Keep hours, address, parking and booking links right everywhere clients look.
  • Flag it plainly when something needs your medical director, not a marketer.

How the management cycle runs

The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.

  1. 01ObserveWe watch reviews, profiles, provider listings, booking links and how answers name spas near you.
  2. 02InterpretWe sort the change that matters, a provider missing from a listing or a review nobody answered, from noise.
  3. 03DecideWe pick the one or two changes that will move bookings this month.
  4. 04AdaptWe make them: provider pages, treatment pages, profiles, review requests and prepared replies.
  5. 05VerifyWe check each change is live and showing where clients look.
  6. 06LearnWhat worked shapes next month, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.

What the same work did for businesses outside med spas.

Digilu has not published a med spa case study, so these are adjacent examples, measured on the same evaluation engine before and after Digilu's work.

OC Doulas, a birth support practice in Orange County where families choose on trust in a named person, moved from 6.7 to 9.1. O-SEA CrossFit, a San Clemente gym with named coaches, moved from 6.3 to 9.9.

Choose $400 or $900.

Adaptive Brand Management suits most spas. Clients choose on reviews, provider profiles and how quickly questions get answered, and that is the work the $900 level carries.

Trust Foundation fits a spa where someone on staff already owns reviews and the Google profile, and you want Digilu keeping the website and foundation current.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Before you start

Will Digilu write about treatments or results?

Digilu keeps treatment pages accurate and readable. Anything medical, and any statement about results, is prepared for your medical director to approve. Digilu does not make clinical claims.

Can we start without a call?

Yes. Both memberships are bought at checkout with no sales call, and onboarding collects the access Digilu needs to start.

What access does Digilu need?

Your website, your Google Business Profile and the booking or review sites you use. You grant it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We have two treatment rooms and a second small office. Is that one membership?

One membership covers one business and one primary website. A second location under its own name or website is a custom engagement, and asking about it costs nothing.

What does $900 add over $400 for a spa?

At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and booking channels, plus follow-up and referral systems for returning clients.

What happens to our site and accounts if we cancel?

Nothing changes hands. You own the domain, website, content and data throughout, and you can cancel in any month.

Let clients see the spa you actually run.

You run the business. Digilu watches what changes, decides what matters, makes the changes, and verifies the result.
