For restaurant franchise systems

Keep the brand and every location working as one trusted system.

Digilu manages the hours, menus, reviews and brand-to-location consistency that quietly drift apart as a restaurant system grows.

Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

Since 1999Digilu has been doing this work

A diner who drives to a closed location blames the brand.

People choose a restaurant in minutes: is it open now, what is on the menu, what did people say last week. They make that decision about one location, not the franchise. The brand earns the first look; the location's own listing wins or loses the visit.

Those facts change every week and are edited by many hands. Holiday hours go up at headquarters and not on each listing. A delivery app shows a menu from two price changes ago. One location's inspection result or a run of bad reviews ends up as the top result for the brand name in that town. Every one of those small gaps sends a hungry person to the place next door.

Restaurant systems where every location is its own first impression.

Franchisors and multi-unit operators who need the brand and each location to agree on hours, menus and reputation.

  • Quick service franchise systems
  • Fast casual franchises
  • Casual dining franchises
  • Coffee, dessert and snack franchises
  • Multi-unit restaurant franchisees
  • Emerging franchise brands adding their first locations

Not the right fit: a single independent restaurant or a local restaurant group without franchising. That is the restaurants page.

You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.

You

  • Set the brand standard, the menu and the pricing policy.
  • Decide what each location may change on its own.
  • Run the kitchen and the dining room.

Digilu

  • Watches what changes.
  • Decides what matters.
  • Makes the changes.
  • Verifies whether they worked.

What that looks like in a restaurant system

  • Keep hours, holiday closures, phone numbers and ordering links correct on every listing in scope, the week they change.
  • Keep the menu people see online matching the menu the location actually serves.
  • Watch reviews by location and prepare responses for the owner who is allowed to post them.
  • Mark a closed or relocated unit correctly everywhere, so nobody drives to an empty building.
  • Show headquarters which locations are drifting from the brand and exactly what needs fixing.

How the management cycle runs

The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.

  1. 01ObserveWe watch listings, hours, menus, ordering links and reviews for each location in scope.
  2. 02InterpretWe separate a system-wide error, like missing holiday hours, from one location's problem.
  3. 03DecideWe pick the fixes that most affect whether diners choose a location this month.
  4. 04AdaptWe make them where the agreed ownership allows, and hand the rest to the location owner.
  5. 05VerifyWe check each fix is live where diners look.
  6. 06LearnPatterns across locations shape next month's standard, reported in the Mission Briefing.

Proof from a franchise system, in a different category.

Digilu has not yet published a restaurant franchise case study. The closest proof is Stratus Building Solutions, a commercial cleaning franchise system: Digilu rebranded it to Stratus Clean and led the reputation growth strategy that raised its Google review rating from 3.4 to 4.7.

A membership covers one business: the franchisor's brand and main site, or one franchisee's location. Adaptive Brand Management suits most, because diners choose on the local listing and recent reviews.

Trust Foundation fits when reviews are already handled and you want the website and core foundation kept current.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Maintain the foundation

Adaptive Brand Management Recommended

$900 per month

Larger than a membership?

Keeping hours, menus and listings right across every location, a system-wide menu or brand change, a rebrand, or paid advertising is a custom engagement. Scoping takes no payment.

Before you start

We have dozens of locations. Is that one membership?

No. A membership covers one business and one primary website. Managing many locations is a system engagement, scoped separately, and asking about it costs nothing.

Can a single franchisee start with their location?

Yes, for what their franchise agreement lets them manage, such as their own listing and reviews.

Do you manage delivery apps?

Digilu keeps the facts diners see, such as hours, menu and ordering links, consistent where the location has access to change them. Running the delivery business stays with you.

Can you respond to reviews for every location?

Digilu prepares responses and the person who owns that location's account approves or posts them. Only an owner should speak for a location.

What about a bad health inspection showing up?

Digilu cannot change a public inspection record. It can make sure the location's own information is current and complete, so the record is not the only thing people see.

Do you run the system's advertising?

Not in a membership. Paid advertising is a custom engagement.

Keep every location worth the drive.

You run the business. Digilu watches what changes, decides what matters, makes the changes, and verifies the result.
