Adaptive Brand Management for dental practices

Let Digilu manage how your dental practice is found, trusted, and chosen.

We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes for you, so a new patient checking whether you take their insurance gets the right answer and books.

Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

A dental chair under its exam light rides a flatbed on a train rolling toward a broken bridge while the Digilu crane lowers a new gold span into the gap ahead.

Since 1999Digilu has been doing this work

6.7 → 9.1OC Doulas, an adjacent family care practice, measured before and after

A new patient decides in the time it takes to check two things.

Do you take my insurance, and can I get in soon. A practice can be busy and well loved and still get those two answers wrong in public. The insurance list on the website is from before you dropped a plan. The Saturday hours ended last year. A hygienist who left is still on the team page, and the associate who joined is nowhere. The last review was months ago, while the practice down the street asks every patient.

Your chairs stay full with the patients you already have, so none of this shows up as a problem. It shows up as new patients who never call, because the answer they found, on Google or from an AI assistant, said you were the wrong fit or said nothing at all.

Practices patients already recommend.

Owner-dentist practices and small groups where the reputation is earned chairside, and nobody on the team owns how the practice looks to someone who has never been in.

  • General and family dentistry
  • Cosmetic dentistry
  • Pediatric dentistry
  • Orthodontics
  • Implant and restorative practices
  • Small groups with one brand

Not the right fit: a practice that wants a new-patient ad campaign or a discount promotion engine. Digilu takes ongoing responsibility for the practice's public record and reputation, not paid acquisition.

You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.

You

  • Treat patients and run the practice.
  • Decide which treatments and patients the practice wants more of.
  • Approve anything said about care, credentials or results.

Digilu

  • Watches what changes.
  • Decides what matters.
  • Makes the changes.
  • Verifies whether they worked.

What that looks like here

  • Keep insurance accepted, hours, providers and office details identical across the website, Google and the directories patients check, and fix the one that drifts.
  • Ask happy patients for reviews at the right moment, and prepare responses for your approval that never confirm someone is a patient.
  • Write treatment pages in the questions patients actually ask, in plain words, without promising outcomes or before and after results.
  • Update the team page and profiles when a dentist or hygienist joins or leaves.
  • Tell you plainly when something needs the owner's decision, such as which plans to list.

How the management cycle runs

The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.

  1. 01ObserveWe watch your Google profile, reviews, directory listings, search results and how AI answers name practices near you.
  2. 02InterpretWe separate the change that matters, a wrong insurance list or a new competitor, from noise.
  3. 03DecideWe pick the one or two changes that will most affect whether a new patient books this month.
  4. 04AdaptWe make them: pages, profile updates, listing corrections, review requests and responses.
  5. 05VerifyWe check each change is live and correct where patients look.
  6. 06LearnWhat worked shapes next month, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.

What the same work did for other local care and service businesses.

Digilu does not yet have a published dental case study, so this is adjacent proof and labeled that way. OC Doulas, a birth support practice in Orange County, served real families while the systems answering late-night searches had almost nothing to go on. Measured on the same evaluation engine, it moved from 6.7 to 9.1.

Best Diehl Electric had 132 five-star reviews the recommending systems could not see, and moved from 7.9 to 9.6. Neither is a dental practice.

Choose $400 or $900.

Adaptive Brand Management suits most practices, because new patients choose on reviews and an accurate Google profile, and that is the work the $900 level carries, along with recall and referral systems for the patients you have.

Trust Foundation fits a practice whose front office already runs reviews and the profile, and wants Digilu keeping the website and core foundation current.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Larger than a membership?

A group with several locations under different names, a rebrand after a practice purchase, or paid advertising is scoped separately. Scoping takes no payment.

Before you start

Will Digilu reply to patient reviews for us?

Digilu prepares replies for your approval. They never confirm that a reviewer is a patient or discuss their care, which keeps privacy with the practice.

Does Digilu touch our patient records or scheduling system?

No. Digilu works on the public side of the practice: the website, Google profile, listings and reviews. Patient information stays in your systems.

We just bought the practice. Is that a membership or a custom engagement?

Keeping the existing name current is a membership. Renaming or rebranding the practice after a purchase is a custom engagement, and asking about it costs nothing.

What would a practice get at $900 instead of $400?

At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and the channels patients use to choose, plus recall, follow-up and referral systems.

Will Digilu publish before and after photos or promise results?

No outcome promises. Whether clinical photos are used is the practice's decision, and anything about care or results is prepared for your approval.

Who owns the website if we stop?

The practice does, along with the domain, content and accounts. Cancel in any month and everything stays with you.

Give the next new patient the right answer.

You run the business. Digilu watches what changes, decides what matters, makes the changes, and verifies the result.
