Adaptive Brand Management for accountants and CPAs

Let Digilu manage how your CPA firm is found, trusted, and chosen.

We watch what changes, decide what matters, and make the changes for you, so the firm clients stay with for twenty years is also the firm a new client picks in March.

Month-to-month. No mandatory sales call. You own your website, content, data, and accounts.

An accountant's desk with a calculator and ledger rides a flatbed on a train rolling toward a broken bridge while the Digilu crane lowers a new gold span into the gap ahead.

Your clients stay for years. New ones decide in an afternoon.

A CPA firm runs on retention, so the public face of the firm tends to be the last thing anyone updates. The website still lists the partner who retired. The services page says tax preparation and bookkeeping, and says nothing about the advisory work that is now half the practice. The last review is from two tax seasons ago. Hours on Google are the summer hours, in February.

None of that costs you a current client. It costs you the business owner who just outgrew their bookkeeper and is comparing three firms tonight, and the answers an AI assistant gives when that owner asks who handles their kind of work nearby. The firm that looks active and specific gets the consultation.

Accounting firms whose reputation is ahead of their website.

Owner-led and partner-led firms with a loyal client base and nobody whose job is to keep the firm's public face current.

  • Tax preparation and planning
  • Small business accounting
  • Bookkeeping and payroll
  • Advisory and fractional CFO work
  • Audit and assurance
  • Firms serving a specific industry

Not the right fit: a firm that only wants a tax-season lead campaign. Digilu carries ongoing responsibility year round, not a seasonal push.

You run the business. Digilu carries the rest.

You

  • Do the accounting and serve the client.
  • Decide which clients and services the firm wants more of.
  • Approve anything said about the firm's credentials or results.

Digilu

  • Watches what changes.
  • Decides what matters.
  • Makes the changes.
  • Verifies whether they worked.

What that looks like here

  • Keep partner names, credentials, office hours and services identical across the website, Google and the directories clients use, and correct the one that drifts.
  • Change seasonal hours and deadline notices before the season starts, not after a client calls to complain.
  • Ask satisfied clients for reviews at the natural moments, after a return is filed or a year is closed, and prepare responses for you to approve.
  • Give the advisory or industry work the firm actually does its own clear pages, written in the questions owners ask, with no promised savings or refund amounts.
  • Flag the decisions only a partner can make, such as which service line to lead with next year.

How the management cycle runs

The same six steps every month, run by the Observatory operating cycle, described here in your terms.

  1. 01ObserveWe watch your profile, reviews, directory listings, search results and how AI answers name firms for the work you do.
  2. 02InterpretWe sort the change that matters, a wrong phone number or a competitor suddenly visible for business tax, from seasonal noise.
  3. 03DecideWe choose the one or two changes that will most affect which firm an owner calls this month.
  4. 04AdaptWe make them: pages, profile updates, listings, review requests and responses.
  5. 05VerifyWe check each change is live, correct and showing where clients look.
  6. 06LearnWhat worked shapes next month, and the Mission Briefing tells you what was done.

What the same work did for other local professionals.

Digilu does not yet have a published accounting firm case study, so this is adjacent proof and labeled that way. Best Diehl Electric had 132 five-star reviews that the systems recommending local businesses could not read. Measured on the same evaluation engine before and after Digilu's work, it moved from 7.9 to 9.6.

Flaig Law Firm, an estate planning and business law practice in Westlake Village, is the closest professional-services example: another credentialed firm chosen on trust, measured at 5.0 before and 9.9 after. Neither is an accounting firm.

Choose $400 or $900.

Adaptive Brand Management suits most CPA firms, because owners choose an accountant on reviews, referrals and an accurate profile, and that is the work the $900 level carries.

Trust Foundation fits a firm where someone already owns reviews and the Google profile, and you want Digilu keeping the website and core foundation current.

Each membership covers one business and one primary website. Month-to-month, cancel any month, and you own your domain, website, content and data throughout.

Before you start

Does tax season change what Digilu does?

The work follows the calendar. Hours, deadline notices and service pages are updated ahead of the season, and review requests are timed to when clients are happiest, after the work is delivered.

Will Digilu make claims about savings or refunds?

No. Digilu does not publish promised outcomes. Anything describing results or credentials is prepared for you to approve, because the firm answers for what it says.

Can one membership cover a firm with two offices?

One membership covers one business and one primary website. Separate brands or separate websites for each office are a custom engagement, and asking about it costs nothing.

What do I get at $900 that I do not get at $400?

At $400 Digilu keeps the website and core foundation current. At $900 Digilu also manages your Google Business Profile, reviews and the channels owners use to choose a firm, plus follow-up and referral systems for existing clients.

Does Digilu need access to client files?

No. Digilu works on the firm's public presence: the website, the Google profile, listings and reviews. Client records stay with you.

What happens to the website if we cancel?

Nothing changes hands. The domain, website, content and accounts are the firm's throughout, and you can cancel in any month.

Be the firm the next owner calls, not just the one your clients keep.

You run the business. Digilu watches what changes, decides what matters, makes the changes, and verifies the result.
